MIL-101@g-C3N4 nanocomposite was prepared by solvothermal synthesis and used for CO2 adsorption. The parent materials (MIL-101 and g-C3N4) and the MIL-101@g-C3N4 were characterized by X-ray diffraction, argon adsorption/desorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis (TG/DTA), transmission electronic microscopy, and Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The results confirmed the formation of well-defined MIL-101@g-C3N4 with interesting surface area and pore volume. Furthermore, both MIL-101 and MIL-101@g-C3N4 were accomplished in carbon dioxide capture at different temperatures (280, 288, 273 and 298 K) at lower pressure. The adsorption isotherms show that the nanocomposite has a good CO2 adsorption affinity compared to MIL-101. The best adsorption capacity is about 1.6 mmol g?1 obtained for the nanocomposite material which is two times higher than that of MIL-101, indicating strong interactions between CO2 and MIL-101@g-C3N4. This difference in efficacy is mainly due to the presence of the amine groups dispersed in the nanocomposite. Finally, we have developed a simple route for the preparation of an effective and new adsorbent for the removal of CO2, which can be used as an excellent candidate for gas storage, catalysis, and adsorption.  相似文献

This paper deals with the design of a nonlinear observer for sensorless induction motor control. Based upon the circle criterion approach, a nonlinear observer is designed to estimate pertinent but unmeasurable state variables of the considered induction machine for sensorless control purpose. The observer gain matrices are computed as a solution of linear matrix inequalities(LMI) that ensure the stability conditions of the state observer error dynamics in the sense of Lyapunov concepts. Measured and estimated state variables can be exploited to perform a state feedback control of the machine system. The simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach for nonlinear observer design.  相似文献

In phosphoric acid solution (40% H3PO4), the corrosion behaviour of graphite and stainless steels was studied by the use of different electrochemical methods, namely polarization curve analysis, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning vibrating electrode technique (SVET). The combined effect of chemical impurities and the increase of medium temperature was studied to approach the real conditions in the process of phosphoric acid manufacturing. It was found that the current density measured by polarization curves increased with the presence of chloride and sulphate ions in the acid solution whatever the tested material. Compared to stainless steels, graphite had the best corrosion resistance in polluted phosphoric acid. However, for graphite the increase of temperature from 20 to 80 °C induced an increase of the corrosion rate and potential and a decrease of the resistance confirmed by EIS results. Subsequently, local currents were detected at the surface of the sample by using the scanning vibrating electrode technique. From the data obtained, graphite surface manifested a distinctive behaviour from that of stainless steels. A generalized corrosion was occurred on graphite whereas a localized corrosion was observed for stainless steels. These results show a clear interest of graphite as component material in some of the equipments of the phosphoric acid industry.  相似文献

Objective

To quantify hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) perfusion and flow with the fast exchange regime-allowed Shutter-Speed model (SSM) compared to the Tofts model (TM).

Materials and methods

In this prospective study, 25 patients with HCC underwent DCE-MRI. ROIs were placed in liver parenchyma, portal vein, aorta and HCC lesions. Signal intensities were analyzed employing dual-input TM and SSM models. ART (arterial fraction), K trans (contrast agent transfer rate constant from plasma to extravascular extracellular space), v e (extravascular extracellular volume fraction), k ep (contrast agent intravasation rate constant), and τ i (mean intracellular water molecule lifetime) were compared between liver parenchyma and HCC, and ART, K trans, v e and k ep were compared between models using Wilcoxon tests and limits of agreement. Test–retest reproducibility was assessed in 10 patients.

Results

ART and v e obtained with TM; ART, v e , k e and τ i obtained with SSM were significantly different between liver parenchyma and HCC (p < 0.04). Parameters showed variable reproducibility (CV range 14.7–66.5 % for both models). Liver K trans and v e ; HCC v e and k ep were significantly different when estimated with the two models (p < 0.03).

Conclusion

Our results show differences when computed between the TM and the SSM. However, these differences are smaller than parameter reproducibilities and may be of limited clinical significance.

As cloud computing models have evolved from clusters to large-scale data centers, reducing the energy consumption, which is a large part of the overall operating expense of data centers, has received much attention lately. From a cluster-level viewpoint, the most popular method for an energy efficient cloud is Dynamic Right Sizing (DRS), which turns off idle servers that do not have any virtual resources running. To maximize the energy efficiency with DRS, one of the primary adaptive resource management strategies is a Virtual Machine (VM) migration which consolidates VM instances into as few servers as possible. In this paper, we propose a Two Phase based Adaptive Resource Management (TP-ARM) scheme that migrates VM instances from under-utilized servers that are supposed to be turned off to sustainable ones based on their monitored resource utilizations in real time. In addition, we designed a Self-Adjusting Workload Prediction (SAWP) method to improve the forecasting accuracy of resource utilization even under irregular demand patterns. From the experimental results using real cloud servers, we show that our proposed schemes provide the superior performance of energy consumption, resource utilization and job completion time over existing resource allocation schemes.  相似文献

The authors present a model of the gate current in heterojunction FETs that takes into account two-dimensional electron gas effects at the heterojunction interface. The gate current results from tunnel and thermionic contributions. This model takes into account a number of technological parameters such as heterojunction barrier height, threshold voltage, gate length, and temperature. It has been tested against experimental measurements of gate current in AlGaAs/GaAs MISFETs at various temperatures. The assembly flowshop scheduling problem has been addressed recently in the literature. There are many problems that can be modeled as assembly flowshop scheduling problems including queries scheduling on distributed database systems and computer manufacturing. The problem has been addressed with respect to either makespan or total completion time criterion in the literature. In this paper, we address the problem with respect to a due date-based performance measure, i.e., maximum lateness. We formulate the problem and obtain a dominance relation. Moreover, we propose three heuristics for the problem: particle swarm optimization (PSO), Tabu search, and EDD. PSO has been used in the areas of function optimization, artificial neural network training, and fuzzy system control in the literature. In this paper, we show how it can be used for scheduling problems. We have conducted extensive computational experiments to compare the three heuristics along with a random solution. The computational analysis indicates that Tabu outperforms the others for the case when the due dates range is relatively wide. It also indicates that the PSO significantly outperforms the others for difficult problems, i.e., tight due dates. Moreover, for difficult problems, the developed dominance relation helps reduce error by 65%.  相似文献

Deflection of a crack at the bimaterial interface is the initial mechanism required for obtaining enhanced toughness in bimaterial system. In this paper, a criterion is presented to predict the competition between crack deflection and penetration at the interface, using an energy release rate criterion. The finite element methods are used to calculate the strain energy release rates at the crack tip of alumina–metal bimaterial that either deflect or penetrate at the interface as a function of elastic mismatch and length of the deflected or penetrated crack. The effects of the elastic properties of two bonded materials were highlighted in order to evaluate the conditions for the crack deflection by the interface as well as the distance between the crack tip and the interface.  相似文献

In-core temperature measurements are pivotal in maintaining nuclear reactors in a safe state of operation. Thermocouples serve as the liaison in ensuring this safe state. The realization of the thermocouple's full potential is hindered by the fact that thermocouples cannot be situated in areas with high radiation fields. Radiation has the potential of generating voltages in the thermocouple wires, hence producing an error in the temperature transmitter output. In this paper, a mathematical model is developed to quantify the effect that radiation from the Canada Deuterium Uranium (CANDU) Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs) has on the thermocouple temperature reading. Subsequently, a method to offset the effect of radiation on the thermocouple is proposed. Simulation is performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system.  相似文献
